![]() Combat Pragmatist: Despite being a knight and generally heroic, they don't have near enough honor to be above using underhanded tactics like beating unprepared enemies senseless or shooting down fleeing opponents.Chronic Hero Syndrome: No matter where they are or how seemingly irrelevant the problem is, the Knight will almost always get involved in solving whatever ails the populace.Even without using the sword, their innate connection to it grants them some access to its powers. Even among the Champions, the Knight is particularly special as they're the intended wielder of the Champion's Sword itself and the only one able to draw it from its resting place. The Chosen One: The Knight is the first of the 13 Champions to be found. This is just for flavor, of course, but it gets downright hilarious when you keep insisting that the Knight is the ex-lover of Beth or keep declaring your intent to marry Priscilla ( even to the girl's father's face, no less). Several times, the Knight has the option to shamelessly flirt or suggest a romantic relationship in dialogue. Chivalrous Pervert: Played for Laughs. ![]() Butt-Monkey: The Knight tends to be the butt of many jokes and target of most of the slapstick humor in the game.Notable ones include the apparition of Camilla talking to Lili in regards to their status in World 11, and the child Knight's side quest in the Slayers collab story showing they were Raised in a Lab. Artificial Human: Not confirmed, but there are a few moments that hint at the Knight being this trope. For tropes regarding their more sinister and jaded counterpart, see the Demon World page. ![]()
